People think that "diet" has to come in the form of deprivation or complicated meal plans and pills, but the simplest thing is to simplify your foods.
Eat REAL food!
Take pre-packaged junk out of the equation. If it has an ingredient list you probably shouldn't be eating it.
Choose fruits, veggies, and whole grains in their natural form.
You will be surprised by how satisfied you feel when you eat whole foods.
Make your meals based on food that ARE ingredients vs ones that HAVE ingredients.
